Our team at I&E Kitchen & Bath is ready to help with your renovation project, but it is important for the homeowner to communicate with their HOA and acquire all necessary approvals, requirements, and information before we can proceed with the work. However, we are available to assist in supplying any extra information that might be helpful in completing the HOA’s paperwork, if needed. Additionally, we can supply the HOA with 2D plans outlining the specific renovation work to be done.

We require a deposit per bathroom along with the cost of any additional services chosen. The deposit amount varies between $1,000-$2,500, depending on the I&E package selected. After presenting the initial bathroom/kitchen design, we will invoice you for the remaining fees.Once you finalize the materials, we will send two invoices, one for the chosen materials along with applicable handling fees and taxes, and the other for construction setup. The remaining three payments will be billed during construction, after completion of the demolition, rough-in, and final walk-through or inspection. Any changes made during the construction are charged after final inspection.

If your project needs permits, we will apply for the permit on your behalf and cover the costs upfront, which will then be reimbursed by you.
